History
Messan Minyanou founded Elite Duplicating in 2004, bringing eighteen years of industry experience with him. Today, Elite Imaging is committed to establishing long-term relationships with our national and international customers and we will not sacrifice that commitment to achieve short-term growth.

Personnel
Elite is staffed with experienced, college-educated managers and operators with a minimum of five years industry experience. All employee backgrounds are vetted. Employee turnaround, a perpetual industry problem, is not a problem for the experienced and educated team at Elite.

Elite focuses on customer satisfaction with quality, quantity, and turnaround time. With every attention to detail and quality surpassing industry expectations, Elite safeguards its reputation with an in-house Quality Check Department. Elite is willing to accept any job, regardless of size or difficulty.

Communication
What makes Elite's 24/7 service truly unique, however, is its honesty with clients. Elite never takes on more than it can effectively handle, and always notifies our clients of any unforeseen challenges that may impact a project. Elite Customer Service representatives have been promoted from within our production department for their understanding of client issues and the product.

Equipment
With a fleet of equipment including 19 Canon copy and blowback stations, 23 scanning stations and 20 data processing stations, Elite maintains the equipment to push through any job. However, it is access to our 24/7 including the weekend service for the equipment that allows Elite to stand out so far from the crowd.
