Data Collection

Original data is frozen but remains available should broader searches and additional production be required. Data Preparation and Early Case Assessment

Data Processing
Data is routinely filtered by keyword and/or by file creation / file modification date to eliminate documents that do not meet threshold relevance criteria Each file is identified by a unique MD5 or SHA-1 hash value and given a production name. The hash value is used throughout the process to provide an intelligent and defensible chain-of-custody. we follow a proven best practices methodology that delivers the highest level of productivity, accuracy, and usability.
