Tell me about yourself!

I’m a Texas Native with saltwater in my soul. I work hard and play harder. I LOVE being a part of the Elite Family. The ability to balance my career with my personal life means everything to me.

I’m a mother of 5 month old twins. I am also a twin, and my mom is a twin! In my free time, you’ll find me enjoying the breeze, fishing the gulf coast, or snuggling my babies.

What’s the most unique part about working here?

The Elite Family. I’ve never experienced another organization like Elite. I truly feel like I belong to a family. Elite has been so supportive of not only my professional goals but my personal goals as well.

Because of Elite, I was able to participate in embryo adoption. I adopted my twins as five day embryos and was able to give birth to them and start a family myself. Without the support of Elite, I never would have been able to accomplish that.

What have been your biggest accomplishments at Elite?

My biggest accomplishments have been helping clients streamline their reviews and meet their deadlines. I’ve managed reviews with dozens of attorneys and hundreds of thousands of documents. I’ve helped clients find smoking guns in their evidence, ultimately leading to a win at trial.

Nothing feels better than knowing I was able to contribute my skills to help a client.

What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve done?

Offshore Kayak Fishing – Hooking up with 100lb+ fish dragging me around in the open ocean.

What are three things on your bucket list?

  1. Visiting Italy
  2. Catching a Blue Marlin
  3. Visiting Japan

Who are some of your biggest inspirations within the company?

Bobbi Moore – She’s is a true inspiration juggling being a c-suite professional and amazing mom. She always adds humor, professionalism, and insight. I love learning from her.

Brent Beers – He’s a true leader. He leads Operations and truly makes our team feel like family everyday.

What skill do you think everyone should learn, and why?

The ability to listen. Hearing is one thing, but listening and truly understanding what someone else is saying is an art form.

Any advice you would give to yourself back when you were 21?

Soak it all in – You never get a single day back, so make the best of it.
