Elite Discovery is proud to announce the opening of our new office in Watters Creek in Allen, Texas, further expanding our presence in one of the nation’s fastest-growing business and legal markets.
As North Texas continues to experience tremendous growth across industries, from technology and healthcare to financial services, manufacturing, and energy, the demand for sophisticated eDiscovery, information governance, and litigation support continues to rise. Our new Allen office allows us to better serve clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex while strengthening our commitment to delivering innovative, client-focused solutions.
Leading this expansion as Managing Partner is Kyle Moore, Shareholder and Chief Solutions Officer at Elite Discovery. As a member of the company’s executive leadership team, Kyle has helped drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization. However, his greatest passion remains serving as a trusted advisor to clients nationwide, including many Am Law 100 firms and Fortune 500 companies.
Kyle is known for taking a consultative approach to every engagement, helping clients navigate challenges across the entire Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). He partners closely with legal teams to develop practical, cost-effective strategies for preserving, collecting, and reducing electronically stored information (ESI), while designing workflows that improve efficiency without sacrificing quality.
His expertise extends to engineering document review processes that leverage advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to accelerate review timelines, reduce costs, and deliver meaningful insights. Over the past decade, Kyle has managed some of the largest and most complex matters in the industry, including high-stakes litigation, multibillion-dollar mergers and acquisitions, and high-profile government investigations.
